The external reviewer of the Horizon 2020 New Exploration Technologies (NEXT) Project described the Toolkit as an “Excellent document very useful for not only mining companies but policy makers and newcomers to the mineral sector including expert opinions of value.”

The Toolkit brings a collection of write-ups in an easy-to-grasp language of the new insights gained and of the novel technologies for mineral prospectivity mapping that were developed in the NEXT project.  A further set of write-ups bring the outcomes of the research that was carried in the NEXT project on the Social License to Explore theme. By integrating these write-ups in a single publication, the toolkit has been structured to provide practical guidance and tips to the questions of ‘what’, ‘why’ ‘how’, ‘when’ and ‘where’ to communicate.
